The study of CSR is based on the triple bottom line, it is a descriptive cross-sectional design, which relates the variables by grouping using the R language. The results indicate that the transformational and transactional leadership are those that allow higher levels of CSR. Highlight the transactional leaders with the highest scores, as referred to in the literature reviewed, since CSR is being introduced as a market demand and not by ethical conviction of entrepreneurs. El presente artículo evalúa los estilos de liderazgo que han permitido a las organizaciones productoras sonorenses de uva de mesa incorporar la responsabilidad social empresarial (RSE) y avanzar así hacia organizaciones sustentables. El estudio de la RSE se fundamenta en la triple cuenta de resultados, se trata de un diseño transversal descriptivo, que relaciona las variables por agrupación mediante el lenguaje R. Los resultados indican que los liderazgos transformacionales y transaccionales son los que permiten mayores niveles de RSE. Destacan los líderes transaccionales con los puntajes más altos, como refiere la literatura revisada, dado que la RSE está siendo introducida como una exigencia de mercado y no por convicción ética de los empresarios.
