| Tóm tắt: | Given the criticism of Management as the dominant thought in the so-called "Administrative Sciences", a clear and deep approach to the power relations that occurs in management is lacking. The power relations in the administration have several edges that accordingly appear in an all-embracing, instrumental way or in "external currents" as exogenous forces of coercion in the world capitalist system in organizations. Therefore, it is necessary and unavoidable to address the analysis of power relations in the administration at a higher, integrative, transdisciplinary, political, social, economic, cultural, ethical and sustainable level, in order to break with the hegemony of Management, and not get caught up in the single thought that he rules. As well as in the recognition of the emergencies of the social and alternative problems that arise in the frontal and collateral damages of the same system that enthralls it.
