Shrnutí:For the taking decisions classic optimization techniques have been used traditionally.   From the practical point of view, these techniques possess lacks in their models from the perspectives of the decision makers, given by the impossibility of considering all type of restrictions of the real life, which makes difficult the task of designing routes of vehicles to inexpert companies in this task.  For this reason different paradigms have been generated: the Multicriteria Methods, that can consider preferences in making decisions and the Diffuse Optimization, which incorporates to the model the inherent uncertainty of the problem. The present mathematical model is solved by means of five possible focuses and it was considered three criteria: the number of used routes, the traveled total distance and the distribution of transported people. Applying the method CRITIC it could be explained to the company the most important criterion that should be considered when selecting the solution.
