Firstly, an adaptation of the strategic plan for the Vallenar Headquarters is made, and then, using the organizational maturity model, it is possible to recommend an appropriate PMO to be designed, which aims to improve the practices in the direction of projects by generating consulting initiatives, training and support to the members of the organization to initially reach a level of common language in project management.
