| Samenvatting: | Higher education institutions according to their institutional development plans should implement pedagogical training programs according with adopted systems of teaching-learning highlight in student-centred learning, in order to respond to the demands of today's society training of committed, competent, responsible citizens. Which is viable from a new conception of the teacher as a person who accompanies the student in the process of construction of knowledge, attitudes and values, which assumes new functions that are expressed as a guide for obtaining information and the learning process of students and which are summarized in its condition of educational model capable of impacting the moral and professional development of its students. |
