The following interview stems from the interest in locating the intimate motivations behind the creation of two of his most commented works due to their structural rarity and autobiographical components: El animal sobre la piedra (2008) and Isla partida (2021). In this interview, Daniela Tarazona speaks about the difficulties in constructing those alternative spaces that transgress our conventional reasoning. Daniela Tarazona (México,1975) pertenece a la nueva ola de escritoras latinoamericanas que construyen en su narrativa mundos insólitos que corrompen el prototípico cuerpo y corpus femenino. Ha sido acreedora a varios premios y distinciones a nivel nacional e internacional, y la crítica sobre su obra va en aumento. La siguiente entrevista parte del interés por ubicar las motivaciones íntimas detrás de la creación de dos de sus obras más comentadas por su rareza estructural y componentes autobiográficos: El animal sobre la piedra (2008) e Isla partida (2021).
