Sumari:This research, due to its design, is descriptive-correlational, and its objective is to analyze, based on the opinion of SME entrepreneurs from Hermosillo, Sonora, which are the factors associated with possible contingencies in the administrative and accounting information of their businesses from the pandemic for COVID-19. The results obtained show that the pandemic caused by COVID-19 requires innovation in management strategies, to achieve efficiency in the administrative and accounting information of SMEs. In conclusion, the SME entrepreneur is aware that the use of innovation strategies within accounting function of the company can contribute to the process of building an administrative management focused on integrated accounting information systems and the production of reports containing reliable data that allow decisions to be made in highly complex contexts.
