Sumario:We all contribute from some lumberyard to the financing of the public budget, either through the payment of taxes, rights or contributions, etc., likewise, we have an idea of how it is formulated and authorized; However, the knowledge we have of what, why, who and how much of spending? is limited. In this sense, the following questions arise: Does the same budget apply to the authorized party? What are the percentages of variation of the budget authorized to that exercised by the Government? This can be known if we analyze the final result of what the federal government entered and spent, and which is reported in a document called the Federal Public Account.
