Sumario:This article evaluates the styles of leadership that have allowed Sonoran table grape producers to incorporate corporate social responsibility (CSR) and thus move towards sustainable organizations. The study of CSR is based on the triple bottom line, it is a descriptive cross-sectional design, which relates the variables by grouping using the R language. The results indicate that the transformational and transactional leadership are those that allow higher levels of CSR. Highlight the transactional leaders with the highest scores, as referred to in the literature reviewed, since CSR is being introduced as a market demand and not by ethical conviction of entrepreneurs.
