總結:The Región Carbonífera has bituminous and sub-bituminous coal with variable properties in its sub-basins. A factorial design of 22 is proposed to develop a two-stage flotation series (robust and fine), determining a reaction model that tests the uniformity trend within each sub-basin. Two samples were taken from the Saltillito-Lampacitos sub-basin, prepared to -#100, characterized and concentrated by flotation. Grade (%) was proposed as a control variable and as study variables the concentration of frother (MIBC, [A]) and the amount of collector (diesel, [B]) were modeled in Minitab17 and Statistica 13.3 programs, the surface reaction model obtained was Grade=92.396-0.007033[A]-0.014194[B]. The difference between the reaction model and the experimental data is acceptable, so it is concluded that there is a predictive behavior and there is uniformity within the sub-basin.
