The objective of this work was to evaluate the extractants; Cyanex 272 and Cyanex 936P to determine the extractant with the highest affinity to the Li-ion. The extraction efficiency of both extractants was analyzed using synthetic leaching liquors that contained Li, K, and Al, where the pH and the percentage of concentration of the extractant were evaluated, where it turned out that 10% of Cyanex 936P extractant when in contact with A solution with a pH of 2, obtained 44% extraction of the Li-ion, a comparison of the extractant Cyanex 272 where the same conditions, this obtained 1.93% extraction of the Li-ion. La recuperación del ion de Litio se ha vuelto una búsqueda constante debido al incremento de demanda de baterías recargables. El objetivo de este trabajo fue evaluar los extractantes; Cyanex 272 y Cyanex 936P para determinar el extractante con mayor afinidad al ion Li. Se analizó la eficiencia de extracción de ambos extractantes utilizando licores de lixiviación sintéticas que contenían Li, K y Al, donde se evaluó el pH y el porcentaje de concentración del extractante, donde resulto que al 10% de extractante Cyanex 936P al estar en contacto con una solución acusa a un pH de 2, obtuvo el 44 % de extracción del ion Li, a comparación del extractante Cyanex 272 donde a las mismas condiciones, este obtuvo el 1.93% de extracción del ion Li.
