Therefore, in this study, possible variables are determined in relation to the user's perception of the efficiency of the operation of a government concessioned public transportation system that vary the number of trips in a south of Mexico City’s corridor. Multiple linear regression models were used, and it was found that some days of the week are highly significant, that the demand is inelastic to the price of the service, that the variation of the demand is quantified according to the day of the week and how it is affected by insecurity and accidents issues.
