Targeted actions by non-governmental groups have brought the population closer to the existing problems, first of all in order to help those most affected, helping them to improve their living conditions with the Red Nacional de Jornaleros and Jornaleros Agricolas (REJJA) , since 2015 and local companies such as Sociedad Activa bringing education for life to the Sonoran agricultural fields. Actions like these could be called culturization, regional awareness or any other adjective that allows us to assess the importance of respect for human rights dignity in the Mexican fields whose products are served on our tables every day. Articles, official surveys, testimonies and data from reports on the subject were researched. It concludes with the interest of permeating current society and future generations, and continuing to generate information available to everyone that allows real knowledge of situations facing the most vulnerable Mexican groups. Keywords: Human rights, laborers, Mexican fields Este artículo consiste en conocer la situación social por la que pasan grupos vulnerables discriminados dentro de nuestro país, en este caso las y los jornaleros agrícolas, faltas graves en los derechos inherentes al hombre en este caso los universales, y que forman parte de una legislación internacional desde hace poco más de 70 años. Acciones focalizadas de grupos no gubernamentales han acercado a la población en general a la problemática existente, primero que nada con la finalidad de ayudar a los más afectados, ayudándolos a mejorar sus condiciones de vida con la Red Nacional de Jornaleros y Jornaleras Agrícolas (REJJA), desde el año 2015 y empresas locales como Sociedad Activa llevando educación para la vida hasta los campos agrícolas sonorenses. Acciones como estas podrían llamársele culturización, concientización regional o cualquier otro adjetivo que permita valorar la importancia del respeto a la dignidad humana en los campos mexicanos cuyos productos se sirven en nuestras mesas todos los días. Se buscaron artículos, encuestas oficiales, testimonios y datos de informes sobre el tema. Se concluye con el interés de permear en la sociedad actual y futuras generaciones, y seguir generando información al alcance de todos que permita el conocimiento real de situaciones a las que se enfrentan los grupos más vulnerables mexicanos.
