In this writing, access to the human right to health of migrants is analyzed in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, from a human rights perspective, focusing on the problems detected in public health institutions, specifically regarding medical services and repercussions on the migrant population in transit through Mexico La pandemia generada por el virus COVID-19 ha tenido consecuencias sin precedentes que han afectado a nivel mundial aspectos políticos, económicos, sociales y culturales que se traducen en una disminución en el desarrollo de la vida diaria de las personas.
