However, the same technological and behavioral changes that generated new economic structures in society also generated new way to interact and pressure that may provoke a growing implementation of technological solutions that may satisfy the great variety of needs, interests and preferences of the countless groups and persons that make up society. That implementation, in the beginning seemingly slow and innocuous, will accelerate as the first experiences reveal that data governance in the public administration will be unavoidable and open the way for much more complex solutions. The public employees’ reaction to this new reality is still unknown. Las tecnologías englobadas bajo el término “Inteligencia Artificial” son variadas y de gran efectividad, aunque su aplicación en las actividades de la administración pública parece estar en un futuro más bien lejano. Sin embargo, los mismos cambios tecnológicos y comportamentales que generaron nuevas estructuras económicas en la sociedad también generaron nuevas formas de interacción y presión que pueden provocar una implantación creciente de soluciones tecnológicas que puedan satisfacer la gran multiplicidad de necesidades, intereses y preferencias de los innúmeros grupos y personas que integran la sociedad. Tal implantación, que al principio puede parecer inocua y lenta, se acelerará conforme las primeras experiencias vuelvan inevitable la gobernanza de datos en la gestión pública y abran camino para aplicaciones mucho más complejas. La adaptación de los servidores a esta nueva realidad aún es una incógnita.
