La e-Justicia es una realidad, que por mucho tiempo buscaba dar certeza jurídica a la ciudadanía, podemos señalar que se cuenta con arquitectura institucional y tecnológica dando vida a un orden de justicia dentro del Poder Judicial de la Federación; con esto el propósito del tema de investigación que nos ocupa es revisar los impactos que esto genera al interior, promoviendo análisis y perspectivas que sirvan como hilo conductor para investigaciones posteriores.
