In addition, it is proposed that legal changes in labor matters could guarantee a new scheme of labor justice and reduce inequality gaps. Likewise, union reactivation allows the recovery of socialization spaces lost under neoliberalism. To this end, the essence of the labor reform and the changes to the Federal Labor Law linked to the trade negotiations within the USMCA, especially Chapter 23 and Annex 23, are described. However, clear supervision and control mechanisms must be established for elements that are still present, such as informality, the recognition of atypical work, outsourcing, high rotation in the manufacturing sector and, within the political power relations, the risk of creating a neo-corporatism.   Resumen El objetivo del presente artículo es analizar los cambios vía reformas laborales en México que advierten que el mundo laboral se enmarca en una cuestión social y política. Además, se plantea que las modificaciones jurídicas en materia laboral podrían garantizar en un nuevo esquema de justicia laboral y reducir las brechas de desigualdad. Asimismo, la reactivación sindical permite la recuperación de espacios de socialización perdidos en el neoliberalismo. Para ello se describe las esencias de la reforma laboral y los cambios a la Ley Federal del Trabajo vinculadas dentro de las negociaciones comerciales dentro del T-MEC, en especial el Capítulo 23 y anexo 23. Se concluye subrayando que hay un esquema novedoso de justicia social, recuperando reivindicaciones históricas laborales. Sin embargo, se deben de establecer mecanismos claros de supervisión y control sobre elementos que siguen presentándose como la informalidad, el reconocimiento a trabajos atípicos, outsourcing, la alta rotación en el sector manufactureros y, dentro de las relaciones políticas de poder, el riesgo de conformar un neocorporativismo.
