要約:The Covid-19 pandemic affected the electoral processes. The health authorities called for confinement, while the electoral ones promoted going to vote. What was the Mexicans response? What were the electoral lessons left by the pandemic? What solutions exist in the face of the contradiction of confinement and going out to vote? In order to answer these questions, it is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively the Mexican situation in the Latin American context and is evaluated the electronic voting solution available for Mexicans abroad. The results show that the electronic vote was successfully exercised and the conclusions outline its future challenges. Key words Confinement, elections, electronic voting, participation, protocols
