In this sense, in the official documents in the Mexican educational context, one of the main purposes is that every student should develop skills and abilities through the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), taking into consideration their educational level and the available technological equipment (SPE, 2011). With the objective to generate evidence that shows teaching digital resources skills in kindergarten (close to the suburbs of Xalapa, Veracruz), through the project EDUCACION Mobile. Habilidades digitales para una educación de calidad, in coordination with the Secretariat of Public Education (SEP in Spanish). A qualitative study with ethnographic techniques was carried out for the collection of information. Observations in classroom and semi-structured interviews were also done. In addition to the exploration of the operational effectiveness of the EDUCACION Mobile en Veracruz project. The results allow us to reflect on the activities carried out in classrooms with the ICT, the curricular objectives, the teachers' position in front of the ICT, children participation and the dynamic roles. El desarrollo tecnológico genera nuevas formas de producción, transmisión y recepción de información, es decir, han surgido nuevos contextos para los nuevos propósitos sociales (Cassany, 2008). En este sentido, en los documentos oficiales dentro del contexto educativo mexicano, uno de los objetivos principales es que cada estudiante desarrolle habilidades y competencias con el uso de las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación (TIC), tomando en cuenta su nivel educativo y el equipamiento tecnológico (SEP, 2011). Con el objetivo de generar descripciones que muestren prácticas docentes con el uso de recursos digitales en un preescolar (cerca de la periferia de la ciudad de Xalapa, Veracruz) a través del proyecto Educación Mobile. Habilidades Digitales para una Educación de Calidad, coordinado por la Secretaría de Educación Pública (SEP), se realizó un estudio cualitativo con el uso de técnicas etnográficas para la recolección de la información, se hicieron observaciones en aula y entrevistas semiestructuradas, además se exploró la dinámica de operatividad del Proyecto Educación Mobile Veracruz.[1] Los resultados permiten reflexionar sobre las actividades que se desarrollan en el aula con las TIC, los objetivos curriculares, el posicionamiento de las docentes frente al uso de las TIC, la participación de los niños, y la dinámica de roles.
