However, when developing the stages of this, the researchers came across a lack of information regarding the state of wine tourism and from what points of view it has been studied and what the results have been. Hence, a search for bibliographic information begins in all the printed and electronic media that were available to date, to concentrate it and facilitate the study, analysis or consultation of the subject that is currently being addressed: Wine tourism. The document is divided into several sections. The first allows us to know the countries and regions that currently implement wine tourism activity, as a complementary action to viticulture and in a second section, it deals with the importance and economic weight of it on an international, Latin American and national scale. Up to the first stage of the investigation, the information findings, antecedents, type cases, that allow to obtain a first look at the object of study: Wine tourism. El presente trabajo es resultado de un proyecto de investigación más amplio. Sin embargo, al ir desarrollando las etapas de este, los investigadores se toparon con una falta de información referente al estado que guarda el enoturismo y desde que puntos de vista se ha estudiado y cuales han sido los resultados obtenidos. De allí que, se inicia a realizar una búsqueda de información bibliográfica en todos los medios impresos y electrónicos que se tuvieron al alcance hasta el momento, para concentrar la misma y facilitar el estudio, análisis o consulta del tema que en el presente se atiende: El enoturismo. El documento se divide en varias secciones. La primera, nos permite conocer los países y regiones que implementan actualmente la actividad enoturística, como una acción complementaria a la vitivinicultura y en una segunda sección, trata sobre la importancia y peso económico de la misma a escala internacional, Latinoamérica y nacional. Hasta la primera etapa de la investigación, los hallazgos de información, antecedentes, casos tipo, que permiten obtener una primera mirada al objeto de estudio: El Enoturismo.
