Crowdfunding Real Estate Investment Portfolio Real Estate investment is mainly characterized by the acquisition of real estate, forcing the investor to own or acquire a considerable amount of capital to obtain it. Due to the difficulties that the averagae investor has to participate in the real estate sector, the crowdfunding model enters this sector, offering an opportunity to participate in various real estate projects around the mexican republic. The objective of this work is to evaluate the investment alternatives in the real estate sector. For this purpose, the Markowitiz modelo of portfolio optimization is applied, developing a code sequience in Rstudio and a financial model in Microsoft Excel. The main risk-adjusted return indicators that are adapt to both portfolios are used to reinforce portfolio management decisión making. It is concluded, from the results obtained, that the crowdfungding projects are an investement alternative that is eventually more financially attractive than the stock market investment portfolio. La inversión en el sector inmobiliario se caracteriza principalmente por la adquisición de un inmueble, obligando al inversionista a poseer o adquirir una suma considerable de capital para la obtención del bien raíz. A partir de las dificultades que afronta el inversionista promedio para incursionar de manera activa en el sector inmobiliario, el modelo crowdfunding, ofrece una oportunidad de participar en diversos proyectos inmobiliarios alrededor de la república mexicana. El objetivo de este documento es evaluar las alternativas de inversión dentro del sector inmobiliario. Para ello se aplica el modelo de Markowitz de optimización de portafolios, desarrollando una secuencia de código en RStudio y un modelo financiero en Microsoft Excel. Para reforzar la toma de decisiones en gestión de portafolios se emplean los principales indicadores de rendimiento ajustado por riesgo que se adaptan a ambos portafolios. Se concluye que los proyectos de fondeo colectivo para inversión inmobiliaria son una alternativa de inversión eventualmente más atractiva financieramente que la inversión en cartera bursátil.
