Therefore, the event is analyzed with special interest in its marketing features. Therefore, it is necessary to anticipate the scenarios with a theoretical analysis of documentary sources based on legislative background; current legal standards; national jurisprudence; as well as doctrinal research from various fields. This is made to address possible considerations that might be adopted in the internal rule, compatible with the idiosyncrasy and internal legal institutions. Hence, the topic represents a hermeneutical space for research in its first phase. It is approached from a theoretical perspective, with the objective focused on outlining the potential legislative scenarios in order to subsequently propose a business model for the commercialization of a product with a prominent market, Cannabis, through the use of digital technologies, primarily, e-commerce. Ante la legalización del Cannabis en México son latentes múltiples interrogantes inherentes a su regulación en el sistema jurídico nacional. De tal suerte, se analiza el suceso con especial interés en lo relativo a la comercialización. Por lo cual, resulta imperioso anticipar los escenarios mediante un análisis teórico de fuentes documentales con base en antecedentes legislativos; norma vigente; jurisprudencia nacional; así como investigaciones doctrinales desde diversos campos. Esto, para atender las posibles consideraciones que serán adoptadas en la norma interna, sin obviar la compatibilidad de la idiosincrasia interna y respecto de las instituciones jurídicas. De ahí que el tema representa un espacio hermenéutico para la investigación en su primera fase. Se aborda desde una perspectiva teórica, con el objetivo centrado en esbozar los potenciales escenarios legislativos con la finalidad de posteriormente proponer un modelo de negocio para la comercialización de producto con un prominente mercado, el Cannabis, mediante el uso de las tecnologías digitales, primordialmente, el comercio electrónico.
