Sumario:Since its last reform, the Law Degree program has been redesigned under a competency model, differentiated into generic or transversal competences and specific to the legal profession; Thus, the educational program includes flexibility with the skills of knowing, doing, being, adaptable to the conditions of employability, comprehensive training for the management of knowledge, its adaptability, decision-making based on contexts, and their permeability in the scenarios offered by the knowledge society. Structurally, in the curricular mesh of the law program, this flexibility was applied, eliminating as much as possible the apparent "locks" of serialization of subjects, eliminating the requirements.
