This document was constructed based on a qualitative approach with a descriptive, analytical and axiological scope; that allowed to understand. El objetivo del siguiente artículo surge del compromiso hacia la ciudadanía respecto a la importancia de los derechos al divorcio y la familia que existen entre los ciudadanos mexicanos en materia civil. Donde formar una familia es el elemento natural y fundamental, dando repercusiones en la formalización del divorcio en la sociedad durante el matrimonio y en la disolución.
