Sumario:The objective of this research is to identify, based on international human rights law, compared with local regulations, elements that may be applicable to strengthen the right to a life free of violence in the school environment in boys, girls and boys. adolescents from Guanajuato, Mexico. The methodology will be the classic one in the legal field, that is, qualitative with ontological approaches to human rights. At the end, some proposals are enunciated to guarantee the right to education and a life free of violence for children and adolescents without undermining the rights and guarantees of teachers or educational authorities.
