Visión desde el derecho comparado Puente Gallegos, María The objective of this research is to identify, based on international human rights law, compared with local regulations, elements that may be applicable to strengthen the right to a life free of violence in the school environment in boys, girls and boys. adolescents from Guanajuato, Mexico. The methodology will be the classic one in the legal field, that is, qualitative with ontological approaches to human rights. At the end, some proposals are enunciated to guarantee the right to education and a life free of violence for children and adolescents without undermining the rights and guarantees of teachers or educational authorities. El objetivo de la presente investigación es, identificar a partir del derecho internacional de los derechos humanos, en comparación con la normativa local, elementos que puedan fortalecer el derecho a una vida libre de violencia en el ámbito escolar para niños, niñas y adolescentes en Guanajuato, México. La metodología será la clásica del ámbito jurídico, es decir cualitativa con abordajes ontológicos de los derechos humanos. Al final se enuncian algunas propuestas para garantizar el derecho a la educación y la vida libre de violencia de los niños, niñas y adolescentes sin menoscabar los derechos y garantías de los docentes o autoridades educativas.
