The financial statements contain information on the situation in which the company is where it is shown, its income and expenses, from the accounting point of view, these statements are a fundamental part for the help in decision making for the management or board of directors, and with them it is known in a more detailed way how the company is in the economic field and knows if it is profitable or not, for this reason to ensure that these states are carried out in an efficient and safe manner, and to avoid possible fraud, the help of the external audit is used with which it is sought to verify that these states do not contain any irregularity and comply with the provisions of the laws. This research will describe the importance of applying an external audit and how it provides us with an effective analysis to ensure and verify that the financial statements are made correctly. Los estados financieros contienen información sobre la situación en la que esta la empresa en donde se muestra, sus ingresos y egresos , desde el punto de vista contable, estos estados son parte fundamental para la ayuda en la toma de decisiones para la gerencia o junta directiva, ya con ellos se conoce de una manera mas detalla como se encuentra la empresa en el ámbito económico y conoce si es rentable o no, por tal motivo para asegurar que estos estados están realizados de una manera eficiente y segura , y para evitar posibles fraudes , se utiliza la ayuda de la auditoria externa con la cual se busca verificar que estos estados no contengan ninguna irregularidad y se cumpla con lo establecido en la leyes . en esta investigación se describirá la importancia de aplicar una auditoria externa y como esta nos brinda un análisis de manera efectivo para asegurar y verificar que los estados financieros están hechos de forma correcta.
