La auditoría es una de las herramientas más utilizadas por las empresas para conocer su situación económica debido a que con ella a través del auditor se examina todo lo relacionado con la empresa ya que buscara o verificara que cumplan con toda la normativa vigente así como con lo establecidos en la ley , para saber si no están teniendo alguna irregularidad y poder mejorar sus procesos, en la presenta investigación se describirá como la auditoria forense nos ayuda a tener un control sobre los fraudes que pueden haber en la empresa, como esta nos puede ayudar para evitar este tipo de situaciones ya que en las empresas el fraude sucede de manera recurrente.
