Companies have been a fundamental part for the economic growth of many places, but as these companies can become efficient and profitable before the great market competition that is had in these times, this is due to the administration with which it is counted, the managers of the companies play an important role for the development and growth of the companies, since they are the ones who are responsible for delegating each of the activities when carrying out in this same, as well as the decision making that best suits the company to have its own benefits. This is where the administrative functions come in which seek to improve the performance of activities either in the short or long term. In this research it will be briefly described how this type of functions helps managers to be able to generate more confidence in their staff, to have a better performance in their activities but above all to how to generate greater profitability within the company. Las empresas han formado parte fundamental para el crecimiento económico de muchos lugares, pero como estas empresas pueden llegar a ser eficientes y ser rentables antes la gran competencia del mercado que se tiene en estos tiempos , esto se debe a la administración con la que se cuenta, los administradores de las empresas juegan un papel importante para el desarrollo y crecimiento de las empresas, ya que ellos son los que se encargan de delegar cada una de las actividades al realizar en este misma , así como la toma de decisiones que mas le convenga ala empresa para tener beneficios propios. Aquí es donde entran las funciones administrativas las cuales buscan el poder mejorar la realización de las actividades ya sean a corto o largo plazo. En esta investigación se describirá brevemente como este tipo de funciones ayuda a los administradores a poder generar más confianza en su personal, a tener un mejor rendimiento en sus actividades, pero sobre todo a como generar mayor rentabilidad dentro de la empresa.
