La complejidad a menudo ha seguido dos caminos: la medición de procesos que se consideran fractales, caóticos, disipativos o emergentes, o la teorización de tales procesos. El objetivo del presente trabajo es la elaboración de un modelo para su contraste en una segunda fase del proyecto. En este sentido, se realizó un trabajo documental con revisión de fuentes indexadas a repositorios nacionales, utilizando la técnica Delphi para el análisis de contenido y especificación del modelo. Se reconocen los límites de la búsqueda, selección y procesamiento de la información, y se recomienda extender la investigación a repositorios internacionales, así como el uso de una técnica más sofisticada.
