| Résumé: | The current challenges faced by young Cubans are great; from this reality the formation of ethicaland moral values, specifically responsibility, does not escape, constituting a challenge to guaranteethe formation of a competent professional committed to society. This work carries out a theoreticalfoundation aimed at highlighting the importance of the formation of values in the students of theGuáimaro University Center, the formation of values and its relationship with the forms of socialconscience are addressed. The value of responsibility was identified as a priority for the futureperformance of Cuban teachers as social entities and trainers of the new generations and the rolethat the training process plays in the current Cuban university, proposing a strategy aimed atfavoring the training process. |
