Gaia:The present work consists of a theoretical review on the risks associated with work activity and its effects on the health of workers, carrying out a selection and analysis of jobs or studies carried out that are related to the subject of this work and that serve as a reference point. Today, people who work in production settings turn the company into a second home, because that is where they spend most of their time. Currently it is common to find that a worker performs tasks outside his position, as well as frequently being asked to perform activities outside the established hours. In this sense, when the demands are excessive, the work overload can cause serious problems, affecting the physical integrity and health of the worker. Considering these situations as part of the social responsibility of organizations and their relationship with the provisions of the regulatory framework regarding occupational hazards in Mexico.
