| Sumario: | Incubators are a support center that provides specialized advice to evaluate a business idea and turn it into a formal company. This action is vital, since it minimizes business risk and increases the chances of success. On the other hand, there is a need to analyze the operation of the business incubator of the Technological Institute of Huatabampo, since it seeks to generate new projects, new proposals in order to have a good result. There is an incubator at ITHUA, but in the last 3 years, only three entrepreneurs who requested advice to open two companies were assisted, concluding only two stages, of those planned in the process of the incubation model, without reaching the formal opening. of the companies. Considering the economic situation of the municipality, as well as its strengths (inhabitants, productive activities, etc.), the importance of business incubators, and above all that its only higher education center has one, which is not taken advantage of by the entrepreneurs of the municipality, leads us to the following question: What can be devised so that the Center for Business Incubation and Innovation of the Technological Institute of Huatabampo has clients who come to request services constantly, and who are captured to really carry out the three phases in your business project? |
