Women has been struggling for gender equality has been going on since the French Revolution, it is pending task, progress were made in the Mexican state but the condition of violence against this gender prevails. Historically, in Mexico, the equality of this gender isn't the best scenario, in terms of their rights and quality of life. and considering that it is also consistent worldwide, it is for this reason to analyze these problems, the commitments that nations have taken and the public policies that have been permeating within the institutions, the object of study is analyze the progress of the rights of this gender, which is included in the objectives of the 2030 agenda in which gender equality is framed, being objective five, stating that throughout the world women and girls must have the same rights and the same opportunities is considered essential to accentuate inclusive and sustainable development; this work derives from an ongoing investigation; Using as a methodology the study of applicable legal theoretical dogmatics of a descriptive and analytical type. Emphasizing that the Mexican state has complied with international observations, but it hasn´t been enough to change the paradigm. Resumen La lucha de la mujer por la igualdad de género ha sido desde la revolución francesa, es tarea pendiente, han obtenido avances en el estado mexicano, pero prevalece la condición de violencia a este género. Históricamente en México sobre la igualdad de este género no es el mejor panorama, en sus derechos y calidad de vida; y considerando que también es consistente a nivel mundial, es por este motivo analizar su problemática, los compromisos que las naciones han tomado y las políticas públicas que han ido permeando dentro de las instituciones, el objeto de estudio es analizar el avance de los derechos de este género, que está incluido en los objetivos la agenda 2030 en el cual enmarca la igualdad de género siendo el objetivo 5, manifestándose que en todo el mundo las mujeres y las niñas deben tener los mismos derechos y las mismas oportunidades es considerado indispensable para acentuar el desarrollo inclusivo y sostenible; este trabajo deriva de una investigación en proceso; Usando como metodología el estudio de la dogmática teórica jurídica aplicable de tipo descriptivo y analítico.
