It’s a proposal of professional activities for the criminologist-forensic of Mexico in federal government agencies based on their curricular mesh and graduation profile contrasted with the faculties of government institutions in the public sphere. A documentary and mesographic research is carried out to discuss the core concepts of Criminology, Criminalistics, criminologist and forensic, as well as to obtain the map of professional training, work routes and functions of government agencies. El presente artículo forma parte de la investigación doctoral titulada: Estudio de Pertinencia de los Programas de Formación y Ejercicio Profesional de los Criminólogos en Nuevo León, financiada por el Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología (CONACYT) y la Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León (UANL). Es una propuesta de actividades profesionales para el criminólogo-criminalista de licenciatura de México en dependencias de gobierno federal basado en su malla curricular y perfil de egreso contrastado con las facultades de las instituciones gubernamentales del ámbito público. Se realiza una investigación documental y mesográfica para discutir los conceptos torales de Criminología, Criminalística, criminólogo y criminalista, así como obtener el mapa de formación profesional, rutas laborales y funciones de las dependencias gubernamentales.
