要約:The purpose of this research was to determine the level of adoption of agile organizations and digital transformation in PYMES of Cajeme and the relationship of their organizational culture with agile experiences, which allows identifying the gap and the impact of organizational culture. For this, a study with a quantitative approach was developed, the design was non-experimental of a correlational and cross-sectional type, where the variables to be related were the organizational culture and the agile experiences, the study subject was the decision makers of the PYMES of Cajeme, where a total of 49 people participated, the study sample was non-probabilistic of quota for convenience, an instrument was applied to determine the level of adoption, the data was collected and analyzed, resulting in the level of adoption of organizations agile and the digital transformation of PYMES in Cajeme is at an intermediate level with a value of 3.8 and the lowest dimension was business culture with 3.57 at an intermediate level, where as a conclusion it was possible to determine that a correlation is presented of the business culture with agile experiences, which indicates that there is a significant gap in the PYMES of Cajeme to react quickly to changes and transform themselves in the face of this changing and uncertain environment that they are experiencing.
