For this, a study with a quantitative approach was developed, the design was non-experimental of a correlational and cross-sectional type, where the variables to be related were the organizational culture and the agile experiences, the study subject was the decision makers of the PYMES of Cajeme, where a total of 49 people participated, the study sample was non-probabilistic of quota for convenience, an instrument was applied to determine the level of adoption, the data was collected and analyzed, resulting in the level of adoption of organizations agile and the digital transformation of PYMES in Cajeme is at an intermediate level with a value of 3.8 and the lowest dimension was business culture with 3.57 at an intermediate level, where as a conclusion it was possible to determine that a correlation is presented of the business culture with agile experiences, which indicates that there is a significant gap in the PYMES of Cajeme to react quickly to changes and transform themselves in the face of this changing and uncertain environment that they are experiencing. El propósito de la presente investigación, fue determinar el nivel de adopción de las organizaciones ágiles y la transformación digital en las PYMES de Cajeme y la relación de su cultura organizacional con experiencias ágiles, que permita identificar la brecha y el impacto de la cultura organizacional. Para ello, se desarrolló un estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, el diseño fue no experimental de tipo correlacional y transversal, donde las variables a relacionar fueron la cultura organizacional y las experiencias ágiles, el sujeto de estudio fueron los tomadores de decisiones de las PYMES de Cajeme, donde participaron un total de 49 personas, la muestra de estudio fue no probabilística de cuota por conveniencia, se aplicó un instrumento para determinar el nivel de adopción, se recolectaron los datos y se analizaron, teniendo como resultado que el nivel de adopción de organizaciones ágiles y la transformación digital de las PYMES en Cajeme se encuentra en nivel intermedio con un valor de 3.8 y la dimensión más baja fue la de cultura empresarial con 3.57 en un nivel intermedio, donde a manera de conclusión se logró determinar que se presenta una correlación significativa de la cultura empresarial con experiencias ágiles, lo que indica que, se aprecia una brecha significativa en las PYMES de Cajeme para reaccionar de manera rápida a los cambios y transformarse ante este entorno cambiante e incierto que se vive.
