Objective: Describe the scientific activity on the most implemented palliative care in nursing interventions. Methodology: Systematic review, based on the recommendations of PRISMA method for searching scientific literature; the following bibliographic bases were examined: Redalyc, Science Direct, Scielo, REBID, Mendeley and academic Google. The sample contains 9 scientific articles, for the search strategy the DeCS and MeSH were established, the literature quality was validated. Results: Effectiveness was found in the interventions carried out to improve the quality of life, relief of suffering and pain and companionship to family members. Of the articles reviewed, the sample consisted of 644 terminally ill patients, mostly female, with a mean age of 45.42 years, SD±15.9. Conclusions: Nursing interventions in palliative care were positive, with a high degree of scientific evidence, to help the subsistence of the sick person - and/or family, as well as to help reduce, prevent discomfort caused by the disease, and guaranteeing progress in the terminal stage.

Introducción: Los cuidados paliativos según la Organización Mundial de Salud, son cuidados que se brindan al final de la vida, su objetivo es aconsejar, sugerir, proponer y calmar el desconsuelo a través de la identificación precoz, la valoración y el tratamiento del sufrimiento entre otras complicaciones que se pueden presentar durante la enfermedad pueden ser emocionales y espirituales. Objetivo: Describir la actividad científica sobre los cuidados paliativos más implementados en las intervenciones de enfermería. Metodología: Revisión sistemática, basada en las recomendaciones del método PRISMA para búsqueda de literatura científica, se examinaron las bases bibliográficas: Redalyc, Science Direct, Scielo, REBID, Mendeley y Google académico. La muestra fueron 9 artículos científicos, para la estrategia de búsqueda se establecieron los DeCS y MeSH, se validó la calidad de la literatura. Resultados: Se encontró efectividad en las intervenciones realizadas para mejorar la calidad de vida, alivio del sufrimiento, dolor y acompañamiento de los familiares. De los artículos revisados la muestra fueron 644 pacientes en fase terminal, en su mayoría femeninas, promedio de edad de 45.42 años DE±15.9. Conclusiones: Las intervenciones de enfermería en cuidados paliativos fueron positivas, con un alto grado de evidencia científica, para ayudar la subsistencia de la persona enferma - familia, así mismo en contribuir en disminuir, desaparecer molestias ocasionadas por la enfermedad garantizando un progreso en etapa terminal. Objetivo: Descrever a atividade científica sobre os cuidados paliativos mais implementados nas intervenções de enfermagem. Metodologia: Revisão sistemática, baseada nas recomendações do método PRISMA para busca da literatura científica; foram examinadas as seguintes bases bibliográficas: Redalyc, Science Direct, Scielo, REBID, Mendeley e Google acadêmico. A amostra contém 9 artigos científicos, para a estratégia de busca foram estabelecidos o DeCS e o MeSH, a qualidade da literatura foi validada. Resultados: Encontrou-se efetividade nas intervenções realizadas para melhorar a qualidade de vida, alívio do sofrimento e da dor e companheirismo aos familiares. Dos artigos revisados, a amostra foi composta por 644 pacientes terminais, a maioria do sexo feminino, com média de idade de 45,42 anos, DP±15,9. Conclusões: As intervenções de enfermagem em cuidados paliativos são positivas, com elevado grau de evidência científica, para ajudar a subsistência da pessoadoente - família, bem como para ajudar a diminuir, desaparecer o desconforto causado pela doença, garantindo a progressãona fase terminal.
