El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar si en las empresas del sector turístico está presente el mobbing. La revisión de la literatura pone de manifiesto que realmente esta forma de acoso tiene lugar en las compañías de este sector, produciendo daños graves a empleados y a empresas.
