This document allows a real evaluation of the business opportunity, identify assumptions for success; provide the possibility to explain, justify, project and evaluate the basic assumptions of the business. Give the entrepreneur the first administrative tool for your company. In addition to exposing in detail the organizational structure of the company, noting the positions and the relationship that exists between them. Explain the hierarchy, the degrees of authority and responsibility, the functions and activities of the organic units or departments that comprise it to define responsibilities, avoid duplication of functions and detect omissions. Currently, a large number of social organizations have adopted the use of the Business Model, as a means to satisfy different types of needs, as well as to define resource requirements of all kinds, in a time frame and ways to attainment of them. Its substantial objective is to promote the best use of human and material resources, by establishing short and long-term goals and objectives, evaluating the current and future status of the company and the environment in which it will operate.

En la actualidad las empresas están inmersas en un ambiente de mercados abiertos por lo cual están obligadas a operar con calidad excelente y vigilar que esto sea una norma constante. Para lo cual requieren de un apoyo confiable y sólido para organizar y aprovechar adecuadamente sus recursos y ser cada día más competitivos. La administración junto con el departamento interno de contabilidad, juegan un papel muy importante para el éxito de cualquier empresa, la cual constituye una herramienta fundamental, es un medio en el cual nos permite a su vez evaluar el desarrollo de la organización y detectar oportunidades de mejora. El presente documento, permite realizar una evaluación real de la oportunidad de negocio, identificar supuestos para el éxito; brindar la posibilidad de explicar, justificar, proyectar y evaluar los supuestos de base del negocio. Entregar al empresario la primera herramienta administrativa para su empresa. Además de exponer con detalle la estructura organizacional de la empresa, señalando los puestos y la relación que existe entre ellos. Explicar la jerarquía, los grados de autoridad y responsabilidad, las funciones y actividades de lasunidades orgánicas o departamentos que la conforman para deslindar responsabilidades, evitar duplicación de funciones y detectar omisiones.
