Özet:This paper is based in a study sample the companies that were listed on the continuous market of theSpanish Stock Market as of 12-31-2016. The results highlight that the female presence on the board ofdirectors does not influence that these companies have a code of ethics; on the other hand, the number of women present on the board does influence the inclusion in the code of ethics of the rejection of discrimination due to race reason.
