The application of this modality in the educative sector represents a cooperation strategy and coordination between the students, institutions and the companies, with the purpose to provide the student of knowledge, abilities and skills to permit them to face of the labor field. These knowledges will allow the students to count with "labor competence" to potentiate in the labor activities. El objetivo de este artículo es mostrar la importancia que representa la implementación de las técnicas de educación-dual en los modelos curriculares en las Instituciones de Educación Superior, así como puntualizar los beneficios de la inclusión de un modelo educativo dual, como el que se propone en la presente investigación. La aplicación de esta modalidad en el sector educativo representa una estrategia de cooperación y coordinación entre los estudiantes, instituciones y las empresas, con el fin de dotar al alumno de conocimientos, habilidades y destrezas, que les permita enfrentarse al campo laboral. Conocimientos que permite a los estudiantes contar con “competencia laboral”, para potencializarlo en las actividades laborales.
