All of the above, to generate validity and reliability of the managed information (during planning, collection, andsubsequently, during its analysis), and with it, support the credibility of an investigation. El presente artículo expone un método de recolectary analizar información, desde la perspectiva cualitativa, buscando en todo momento mantener una rigurosidad, sistematización y lógica, propia de una investigación científica. Por consiguiente, se establecerá, particularmente, un método y una técnica que sustenten los resultados que se pudieran obtener. Todo lo anterior, encaminado a generar validez y confiabilidad de la información manejada (durante su planeación, acopio, y posteriormente, durante su análisis), y con ello, respaldar la credibilidad de una investigación.
