Riassunto: | The project focuses on the production capacity analysis in a company that produces salty peanut botanero which currently carries out its activities in a non-industrialized way, omitting the adequate standardization, so it is affected by the demand or the projected objectives in the local market. According mentioned and based on its growth and planned demand for the next 5 years, a proposal is prepared in order to meet that objective. The installed capacity could supply 67,410 pieces annually when sales of more than 158,760 pieces were forecast. The comparative analysis carried out between two alternatives related to the acquisition of new machinery or hiring of operators to increase the workforce, to the production area. |
