要約:The Pacific Alliance has a structured digital schedule through the roadmap designed by the Digital Schedule Subgroup, however, what have been the public policy measures aimed at promoting electronic commerce in Mexico and Colombia? Is there a common policy in both countries to promote electronic commerce in the context of the Pacific Alliance? To answer the questions, the objective is to identify and contrast the public policy in Mexico and Colombia regarding the digital economy aimed at electronic commerce within the framework of the Pacific Alliance. To achieve the objective, public policy and digital ecosystems in both countries are analyzed, likewise, these public policies are compared with their digital schedule. As a hypothesis, it is proposed that the public policies of Mexico and Colombia that promote electronic commerce go hand in with the eLAC Regional Digital Schedule of Latin America, which leads to a common policy. For its verification, the analytical-synthetic method is used, from which it is verified that indeed, if there is a common policy, where each country, Mexico and Colombia, has its respective regulatory framework, this being a joint work in the Latin America region.
