The sample was evaluated by the simultaneous application of Spanish version of the Trait Meta Mood Scale TMMS-24 (Fernández, Extremera, & Ramos, 2004) and the Social Adaptability Questionnaire developed by Rudolf Moss MOSS and Berenice Moss in 1979. Data were analyzed with SPSS version 15.0 to obtain the parametric correlation coefficient of Pearson. Results show that there is a positive, low and significant relationship (r = .512, p = 0.05) between the supervisory ability and emotional care.
