Sumari:This research seeks to know the relationship between internal control and the effectiveness of workers. The first part of the document shows a brief historical development on the origins of internal control in companies and its impact, as well as the findings of other investigations located through the search for information. It seeks to develop the main definitions that help to understand from where internal control is born and where its importance lies. The methodology used in this work is quantitative, descriptive-correlational in nature, since it describes in a general way the behavior of the study variables, as well as measures the relationship between them. Finally, the results reflect that the present investigation obtained an optimal level of "internal control" and a very good level of "Efficiency in employees", which indicates that an adequate application of the internal control components has a great positive influence on the performance of the workers, finally in the last chapter when contrasting the objective, the research question and the results, the main conclusions and recommendations obtained are proposed for the realization of future similar research works.
