The applied instrument was designed and validated by the RELAYN network, published in Posada, Aguilar and Peña (2016). This instrument’s wording was adapted and and only 53 items were considered for the study carried out, the variables that form the study are: management, finance, sales, production-operation, innovation and marketing. The research is directed to the MYPES’ companies population, which are located in the city of San Francisco de Campeche, Campeche; the sample includes 130 companies and it was determined by convenience due to the situation of the COVID-19 Sanitary Pandemic. The results that the study variables yield, as well as the characteristics of the company profile, demonstrate the challenge and perseverance of businessmen towards economic, social and health challenges; however, opportunities that need to be redefined in the area of innovation, market or redistribution are identified. Improve business management practices, increase productivity and competitiveness, the quality and improvement of products demanded by new needs, restructuring of its line of business and tax adjustments, among the most relevant. Crisis periods are a perfect opportunity to develop innovation activities that allow organizations to stand out and achieve their goals, even during the most difficult times.

El Marco estratégico de apoyo para impulsar la trasformación en las MYPES, demanda, reestructurar sus estrategias, redefinir sus metas y acciones. El enfoque de investigación fue de tipo cuantitativo, exploratorio, trasversal y alcance descriptivo. Hernández, Fernández, Baptista (2014). El instrumento aplicado fue diseñado y validado por la red RELAYN, publicados en Posada, Aguilar y Peña (2016). Este instrumento se adaptó en lo relativo a su redacción y solo se consideraron 53 ítems para el estudio realizado, las variables que integraron el estudio son: dirección, finanzas, ventas, producción-operación, innovación y mercadotecnia. La población a la que se dirige la investigación, son las empresas MYPES que se localizan en la ciudad de San Francisco de Campeche, Campeche; la muestra comprendió a 130 empresas y se determinó por conveniencia debido a la situación de la Pandemia Sanitaria COVID -19. Los resultados que arrojan las variables de estudio, así como las características del perfil empresarial, demuestran el desafío y la constancia de los empresarios ante los retos económicos, sociales y de salud; sin embargo, se identifican oportunidades que se requieren    redefinir en el área de innovación, mercado o redistribución. Perfeccionar las prácticas de administración empresarial, incrementar la productividad y competitividad, la calidad y mejora de productos que demandan las nuevas necesidades, restructuración de su giro de operación y regularizaciones fiscales, entre las más relevantes. Los periodos de crisis son una perfecta oportunidad para desarrollar actividades de innovación que permitan a las organizaciones sobresalir y lograr los objetivos, aun en los momentos más difíciles.
