The results, of an exploratory nature, allow us to maintain that the pandemic generated by COVID-19 brought challenges in the management of human talent of SMEs that helped it generate a series of challenges, which it must face in order to adapt to the new normality that these companies are experiencing and be able to achieve competitiveness. |
