At first there was moderation, but electronic purchases soon began to rebound, especially in the areas of food, pharmacy, cleaning products, entertainment and connectivity (Forbes, 2020).To be successful, companies must respond within the framework of business versatility The need for change depends largely on some important factors, such as technical tools, synergy developed in work teams and discussions of changes in their teams Organizational culture.The interest in conducting this research lies in the fact of how difficult it was to get through those truly difficult times and as shoppers avoided physical stores and more retailers closed their doors, online sales skyrocketed. En la actualidad la tecnología va obteniendo un mayor alcance en los individuos; y con esto el comercio electrónico logra evolucionar en la relación con clientes y empresarios. El coronavirus llegó cuando el mundo estaba adoptando cada vez más la economía en línea, y el día que tuvimos que quedarnos en casa marcó un punto de inflexión en las conductas de consumo. Al principio hubo moderación, pero enseguida empezaron a repuntar las compras electrónicas, sobre todo en los rubros de alimentos, farmacia, productos de limpieza, entretenimiento y conectividad (Forbes, 2020).
